Welcome!
We had a great two weekends for our 2025 shows. One of the most outstanding things was the addition of Anderson Lima for our CD in Ring 1. Excellent courses, some great competitions and Anderson was a fabulous addition to the Waratah Team. Ed McNair did a massive job in Ring 2 (on a difficult surface to maintain) and Mark Atkins had a lovely time in Ring 3 – on the Hack arena – it was its own world – and the vibe from Ring 3 was good over both weekends.
Unfortunately Anderson cannot come to Waratah this year – but his replacement (and thanks Anderson for the connection) is Marina Azevedo (FEI Level 4 CD) – and I’ve had several comments in the past few weeks from some of our Aussies OS, who say we will be very very pleased with Marina. Ed McNair is building Ring 2 again (now the Indoor Arena) and Dave Johnson is building Ring 3.
We are all of us – officials and riders – getting very excited for this year’s Waratah weekends.
